Breakthrough Healing Arts is now Radley Wellness! After 11 years of operating as Breakthrough Healing Arts, I have decided to make the change I have been wanting to change for quite some time. We are moving into the Yin cycle of our physical, emotional and spiritual consciousness, and I wanted my entity to mirror the same transformation. All the offerings will still be the same, and I will continue to hold space for whatever transformation you need in your own time.
We are happy to offer zoom versions of our classes. Please check out our online schedule and book your spot today!
We are available for outdoor Massages, Neurolinguistic Coaching, Reiki, and Private Classes during the following hours:
Sundays - 9:30am to 7:30pm
Tuesdays - 10:30am to 8:30pm
Thursdays - 10:30am to 8:30pm
Saturdays - 9:30am to 7:30pm

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"Give the gift of peace to your body. I'm in love with this yoga studio. It's a sanctuary and a space to foster whole body wellness. I enjoy the variety of classes from harnessing your energy flow with qigong (similar to Tai Chi), to the soulful deep stretching of yin yoga, to the toning deep postures of hatha yoga. I was skeptical about the breath empowerment classes at first because I'm pretty sure I already know how to breathe. But this class will blow your mind.
The classes are the perfect balance of engagement and release, walking that line between effort and surrender. If you are new to yoga, this is the perfect studio to start with--there are men, women and many seniors--all abilities are encouraged here.
If you want to be stronger, more flexible and more peaceful, join this studio. Or try it for $15 a class. The monthly fee of $125 includes a monthly amazing 60 min massage by Michelle, unlimited yoga & qigong, and a breath empowerment class. The massage alone is worth the monthly fee. There is a 85-year old lady that comes to this studio. What's your excuse?"

WHAT'S NEW AT BREAKTHROUGH
MEDITATE ON THIS
"Perhaps the deepest reason why we are afraid of death is because we do not know who we are. We believe in a personal, unique, and separate identity; but if we dare to examine it, we find that this identity depends entirely on an endless collection of things to prop it up... without our familiar props, we are faced with just ourselves, a person we do not know, an unnerving stranger with whom we have been living all the time but we never really wanted to meet. Isn't that why we have tried to fill every moment of time with noise and activity, however boring or trivial, to ensure that we are never left in silence with this stranger on our own?" ~ Sogyal Rinpoche
