WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Give the gift of peace to your body. I'm in love with this yoga studio. It's a sanctuary and a space to foster whole body wellness. I enjoy the variety of classes from harnessing your energy flow with qigong (similar to Tai Chi), to the soulful deep stretching of yin yoga, to the toning deep postures of hatha yoga. I was skeptical about the breath empowerment classes at first because I'm pretty sure I already know how to breathe. But this class will blow your mind.
The classes are the perfect balance of engagement and release, walking that line between effort and surrender. If you are new to yoga, this is the perfect studio to start with--there are men, women and many seniors--all abilities are encouraged here.
If you want to be stronger, more flexible and more peaceful, join this studio. Or try it for $15 a class. The monthly fee of $125 includes a monthly amazing 60 min massage by Michelle, unlimited yoga & qigong, and a breath empowerment class. The massage alone is worth the monthly fee. There is a 85-year old lady that comes to this studio. What's your excuse?"

MEDITATE ON THIS

"It took me a long time, and most of the world to learn what I know about love and fate and the choices we make, but the heart of it came to me in an instant, while I was chained to the wall and being tortured.  I realized, somehow, through the screaming in my mind, that even in that shackled, bloody helplessness, I was still free: free to hate the men who were torturing me or to FORGIVE them.  It doesn't sound like much, I know.  But in the flinch and bite of the chain, when it's all you've got, that freedom is the Universe of possibility.  And the choice you make, between hating and FORGIVING, can become the story of your life.
