Introducing our new hybrid class, QIGONG DEEP STRECH, starting Thursday, October 1st online on Zoom!
Qigong Deep Stretch gives you the best of both worlds: immune and alignment support with a focus on muscle conditioning and flexibility. Qigong exercises will be interspersed with Deep Stretch postures so we can find the balance between stillness and movement, tonification and dispersion, yin and yang, inhale and exhale. We aim to enhance your immunity through movements focused on the major lymphatic centers, to ground your body through dynamic and static stretching, to create peace of mind and relaxation through enhanced breathing practices.
This 90-minute class is designed to give you a full-body/mind/spirit transformation. Class is scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 11:00am. It is limited to 12 practitioners and requires pre-registration. Please click below to register:

This class aims to help athletes, yogis, people recovering from injuries to release stagnation, increase circulation, and improve range of motion. This class ends in the traditional corpse pose, allowing focused breathing to enhance the body's greater level of openness.
