Foam Rolling Workshop
Body awareness is the key to preventing injury and making the most out of your workouts. In this 2-hour intensive, we will explore the form and function of the most important muscle groups in our body. Then you will learn specific foam rolling techniques to effectively loosen the fascia and massage the soft tissue in order to release tension and built-up metabolic waste trapped in the fibers of our muscles. In the end, you will leave with a 10 – 15 minute routine you can use regularly. It is a form of self-massage that will help you recover from your workouts and increase flexibility, taught by a certified Massage Therapist!
Foam rollers will be provided, but if you have one, it's best to work with the one you will be using at home! Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
