QIGONG DEEP STRETCH
This class gives you the best of both worlds: immune and alignment support with a focus on muscle conditioning and flexibility. Qigong exercises will be interspersed with Deep Stretch postures so we can find the balance between stillness and movement, tonification and dispersion, yin and yang, inhale and exhale. We aim to enhance your immunity through movements focused on the major lymphatic centers, to ground your body through dynamic and static stretching, to create peace of mind and relaxation through enhanced breathing practices.
There will be no classes on the following days:

Starting April, the following class changes will take effect:
Saturday Qigong Deep Stretch will now be held from 2:00 to 3:30pm
