Service Description

Using Active Release Techniques, your joints can achieve better range of motion and the muscles can have a deeper release of tension. This treatment is designed to restore the proper functioning of your body and to create more balanced movement. Athletes and those who work in very physical jobs are recommended to receive this treatment on a regular basis to counter any compensatory trauma in the body.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Bodywork/Massages are only honored within 48 hours of the appointment start time. Any appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window is charged at the full session fee. Retreat registration can only be partially refunded due to verifiable death in the family or illness.
