Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Tui Na Physiotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep Tissue/Swedish techniques are combined for long-lasting relief from discomfort, tension, and even pain. The aim is to restore the proper functioning of your body while creating relaxation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Bodywork/Massages are only honored within 48 hours of the appointment start time. Any appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window is charged at the full session fee. Retreat registration can only be partially refunded due to verifiable death in the family or illness.
